Refunds & Returns

All sales are final, with the exception of custom orders canceled before 7 working days. 

We strive to decorate the exact cake design you want. But once the cake has been picked up by you or a designated party or delivered, it is considered “accepted”. Refunds requested due to decorating style, color shade choice or general decoration design would not be honored. Partial or full refunds are decided on a case-by-case basis, but please note that we do not provide refunds in cases where an item was prepared correctly but a flavor or texture did not meet a personal preference.

- If upon picking up your cake, you are not 100% satisfied with the look of your cake, you are NOT obligated to take the cake. If you choose not to take the cake, you will be issued a partial refund, via original purchase method. Upon pick-up of your cake, adjustments to the cake decoration can be made for an additional charge.

- To be able to receive a full refund (minus a handling fee) you need to bring your item back to the store. If you can’t bring it back, you’ll be able to receive a discount on your next order but it is decided on a case-by-case basis.

- Once the cake leaves our shop, you may bring the cake back in for design adjustments, however, there may be a charge for this service as well.

- We are not responsible for any damage occurring to the cake during transport, set-up or any time thereafter.
